لقد تم الاتفاق بين كل من
مصنع الجديعي للبلوك طرف أول
والسيد ................................................ طرف ثاني وجنسيته ......................... بموجب جواز سفر رقم (...................) تاريخه ..../..../...... محل صدوره ......................
تم الاتفاق و التراضي بين الطرفين أعلاه و هما بأتم الاوصاف المعتبرة و كاملي الأهلية على الالتزام بعقد العمل التالي
1. قبل الطرف الثاني بالعمل لدى الطرف الأول بمهنة .................. و براتب (.................) ريال يدفع نهاية كل شهر ميلادي.
2. يلتزم الطرف الثاني بأي عمل يسند إليه في أي مدينة بالمملكة العربية السعودية و في أماكن العمل التنفيذية.
3. مدة هذا العقد سنتين تبدأ حين وصول الطرف الثاني ومباشرته للعمل رسمياً.
4. يخضع الطرف الثاني لفترة تجريبية مدتها ثلاثة شهور ويكون خلالها تحت الإختبار حسب نظام العمل والعمال السعودي.
5. للطرف الأول الحق في فسخ العقد دون إشعار الطرف الثاني و ترحيلة قبل انتهاء المدة التجريبية إذا ثبت عدم صلاحيته للعمل كما أن علية تسديد كل النفقات التي صرفت علية.
6. يتعهد الطرف الثاني بأن يضع جميع خدماته تحت تصرف الطرف الأول وحده وإن يمتنع عن القيام بأي عمل آخر مخالف سواء لحسابه أو حساب غيره بأجر أو بدون أجر و في حالة مخالفة ذلك يحق للطرف الأول حسم قيمة ما عملة إذا ذلك أو القيمة التقديرية من مرتبة.
7. يلتزم الطرف الأول بتأمين السكن للطرف الثاني في أي موقع للعمل و يكون مسلح.
8. يحسم الطرف الأول جميع السلف المدفوعة للطرف الثاني دفعة واحدة أو مقسطة من الرواتب.
9. يتمتع الطرف الثاني بإجازة سنوية مدتها أسبوعين يتم تحديد موعدها من قبل الطرف الأول.
10. يتعهد الطرف الثاني بالعمل لمدة 10 ساعات يومياً مع إمكان تكليفه بالعمل ساعات إضافية و تحسب له خارج دوام وقيمة الساعة الإضافية (...............).
11. يخضع الطرف الثاني بقوانين المملكة العربية السعودية ونظام مكتب العمل , وعليه أن يكون حسن السيرة و السلوك بعيد عما يخال بالشرف و الدين و أن يتقيد بجميع اللوائح و التعليمات المطبقة في المملكة العربية السعودية و قانون التأمينات الاجتماعية و كلية القوانين العالية.
12. يكون نظام العمل و العمال الساري المفعول بالمملكة العربية السعودية هو النظام الوحيد الذي يرجع إليه.
13. الطرف الأول غير مسؤول عما يحدث للطرف الثاني من أمراض أو وفاة لا سمح الله.
