مصدق عليه من الشركة بتوقيعين معتمدين
من موظفي الشركة المبلغة توقيعاتهم للبنك
وممهور بخاتم الشركة
على أن تقوم الشركة بإبلاغ البنك
ببيان الموظفين منها باعتماد توقيعات هؤلاء العملاء.
