لا يحق للمقاول/ المورد/ الاستشاري ا

لا يحق للمقاول/ المورد/ الاستشاري التنازل عن العقد بالكامل أو تحويله لأي مقاول / مورد / استشاري أو لأي جهة كانت إلا بعد موافقة الادارة المعنية (طرف العقد) وتتخذ الادارة المعنية قرارها بناءً على المعلومات والمبررات التي توضحها في قرارها ، شريطة أن يتحمل المتنازل والمتنازل إليه كامل المسؤولية عن جميع الأعمال أو الأخطاء أو الإهمال أو أي إخلال ببنود العقد من قبل المتنازل اليه.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:
