يتعين اعداد التقرير اعتبارا من شهر

يتعين اعداد التقرير اعتبارا من شهر نوفمبر من كل عام
و ذلك بمعرفة الرئيس المباشر للعامل
على ان يعتمد من الرئيس التنفيذي بحد اقصى شهر ديسمبر من كل عام .

مادة (52): يقيم اداء العامل في التقرير بأحد التقديرات الاتية :
