نحن طلاب المعهد الوطني للتدريب الصناعي ( NITI )

نكتب لكم هذه الكلمات ونحن كلنا نحمل الاسى والحزن على مايحدث لنا من قرارات وضغوطات لاتصب في مصلحتنا وضدنا كطلاب ،
نحن تركنا اهلينا وبيوتنا بحثاً عن ارزاقنا في هذه الارض الواسعه التي انعم الله علينا بخيراتها ولله الحمد والمنه .
لم اكتب هذه الكلمات الا اني لم اجد من يسمع صوتنا في مقر تدريبنا .
" فلا حياه لمن تنادى "
قدمنا الى بقيق للدراسه والعلم سعيا للوظيفة الصالحة التي تعيننا في دنيانا ولخدمه ديننا ووطننا .

- تم إلحاقنا بالمعهد الدراسي بتاريخ 09/4/2014 وبناء عليه نستعرض لكم النقاط التالية :

1- تم عقد اجتماع في اول اسبوع من الدوام استعرض لنا فيه جميع المستويات باللغه والخطة الدراسية وقد صرح فيه المسئول سعد الشهراني ان جميع مستويات اللغة توازي جميع مستويات اللغة في ITC بقيق .

2- لم يتم تعريفنا بفكرة او ألية المعهد في المحاضرات التعريفية قبل توقيع العقد في مكتب التوظيف .

3- تم اجبارنا على توقيع اختبار IELTS من قبل المعهد بعد إلتحاقنا بشهر ، ولم يتم اجبار اي طالب في ال ITC او اي معهد من المعاهد الاخرى المتعاقده مع شركة ارامكو للتدريب .

4- في الاسبوع الاول تم ابلغنا من قبل اداره المعهد في الاسبوع التعريفي باننا كطلاب كليات ان فترت دراستنا من سنة الى سنة وشهرين ' وبعد سبعه اشهر تبين لنا بجدول رسمي جديد بتاريخ تخرجنا انه سوف يكون تخرجنا في تاريخ ديسمبر 2015 اي ما يقارب سنه و 8 اشهر . وتقبلنا الواقع بعد مرور سنة و 4 اشهر تم ابلغنا باننا سوف يتم اخراجنا من المعهد NITI الى ITC . وذالك بايميل من قبلكم بخصوص رغبتكم بعدم قبولنا كطلاب كليات في معهد NITI . وبالتالي اصبحنا الضحية لهذه القرارات المتخبطة . وبالاخص كلاسين تحمل 31 طالب في كلاس
A2-11 و A2-12 . حيث تم اعادتنا الى لف 1 حسب تقييم واختبار تحديد المستوى من قبل المعهد الى لفل 6 لمدة سنه و 4 اشهر والى حتى الان لم يتم ادخالنا للورش . حيث اعتمدت ارامكو دراستنا من لفل 3-4 . ولم تعتمد ارامكو دراستنا في لفل 5-6 . ومن المتوقع ان تكون دراستنا ما يزداد عن السنتين .

5- تم تحديد لنا اختبار IELTS في تاريخ12/9/2015 وعلى اثر هذا الاختبار ستقيم مستوانا وهذا اجحاف بحقنا بعدم المساواه كطلاب ارامكو سواء في NITI او ITC او اي معهد معترف به من قبل ارامكو من المعاهد الاخرى . بما اننا ألتحقنا بارامكو الا لسمعتها والتزامها بدقة الوقت .

6- نرى ان شركة ارامكو غير واثقة فالمعهد الوطني NITI وبسبب ان ارامكو تقوم باعادة الاختبارات اللتي نختبرها داخل المعهد كأختبار الرياضيات او اختبار السيفتي او اي اختبار من الاختبارات الاخرى المطلوبه فالدراسه . كما انه تم اعده اختبار السيفتي والرياضيات لطلاب من الكليات في مستوى اعلى مننا ،وتم اجبارهم باعاده الاختبارات داخل ITC بقيق مع العلم انه قد تم اختبارهم من قبل المعهد NITI .

٧- تم نقل طلاب كليات من معهد NITI الى ITC الاحساء . كما انها لنا الافضلية في النقل بحكم اننا قبلهم بمده زمنية طويلة فالدراسة داخل معهد NITI .

كما اننا نرجو منكم النظر في موضوعنا والبت فيه بجدية تامة. حيث يتم تحويلنا الى الجوب اسكلز مباشره واعتماد ما تم دراسته الى لفل 6 كما هو مطلوب من قبل شركة ارامكو .

لن نطيل لكم كلامنا فنظنُ ان رسالتنا هذه قد وصلت لكم كما اننا نرى الامل في وصول صوتنا لاصحاب القرار وادارة التدريب في شركة ارامكو السعودية .

طلاب كليات ارامكو في معهد NITI .

And we accept the fact after one year and 4 months have been told we will be getting us out of NITI Institute to ITC. The spectrum of different email you regarding your desire not accepted as students at the Institute of NITI. So we became victim of this problem resolutions. Especially Claassen carrying 31 students per class A2 and A2-12. Where has to roll 1 assessment and placement test by the Institute to level 6 for 1 year and 4 months and so far have not been admitted to the workshops. Where Aramco adopted the study of level 3-4. Aramco did not adopt our study at level 5-6. It is expected that the study what is getting on. 5. Select the IELTS test in us History 12/9/2015 following this test will evaluate our level and this injustice right inequality as Aramco students both in NITI or ITC or any Institute recognized by Saudi Aramco from other institutes. Since we we joined Aramco but reputation and commitment to the accurate time. 6. We believe that Saudi Aramco is not confident the National Institute NITI because Aramco to tests which we test her within the Institute as a math test or alsifti or any other required tests test study. It was prepared by test alsifti math for students from colleges in the higher level of us, forced to return tests within the Winnipeg ITC knowing he had tested by NITI.7. transfer students from Institute of NITI to ITC Mfg. It is also our priority in transport rule we them with long period of study in the Institute of NITI. We hope you consider our subject and action very seriously. Where we transfer to South asklz directly and to adopt what has been studied to a level 6 as required by Aramco.
