6.9. أن يحفظ الأسرار الفنية والتجارية والصناعية للمواد التي ينتجها، أو التي أسهم في إنتاجها بصورة مباشرة أو غير مباشرة، وجميع الأسرار المهنية المتعلقة بالعمل أو المنشأة التي من شأن إفشائها الإضرار بمصلحة صاحب العمل.
6.10. أن لا يحتفظ بأي وثائق أو مستندات أو أي بيانات مسجلة أو مصورة إلكترونياً أو مطبوعة ورقياً و التي تتسم بالسرية أو بحقوق الملكية الفكرية لطرف ما خلال فترة عمله أو بعد تركه للعمل دون إذن مسبق من صاحب العمل، و يشمل ذلك جميع الوثائق و المستندات و بيانات صاحب العمل وموظفيه أو عملاءه.
6.11. أن لا يقوم بأي أعمال أخرى لصاحب عمل آخر أو لمصلحته الشخصية خلال ساعات العمل المتفق عليها في هذا العقد .
