يتحمل المقاول /المورد التكاليف المت

يتحمل المقاول /المورد التكاليف المتعلقة والمرتبطة بإزالة الاعمال وإعادة التوريدات غير المطابقة للمواصفات بناءً على التقرير المرفوع من المهندس المشرف أو الفنيين المعنيين وعلى أن يعاد تنفيذها أو توريدها من قبل المقاول/المورد ويتحمل كافة النفقات الناشئة جراء ذلك ولا يحق له المطالبة بتمديد فترة التنفيذ المحددة في العقد.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:

Contractor/vendor shall bear the costs associated with the removal of business and return shoddy supplies on the basis of the report submitted by the supervisor or professionals concerned and be implemented or supplied by the contractor/vendor shall bear all costs arising as a result and is not entitled to claim for the extension of the implementation period specified in the contract.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 2:

Contractor shall / related costs associated with the removal of the business and re-supply shoddy supplier based on the report submitted by the supervising engineer or technicians involved in the report and to be re-implemented or supplied by the contractor / supplier and bear all expenses arising as a result it is not entitled to claim the extension of the specific implementation period in decade.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 3:

The contractor / supplier cost associated with removal of the business and the conformity supplies based on the report of the supervising engineer and technicians concerned and shall be implemented or supply.With all the expenses arising from it is not entitled to claim to extend the implementation period specified in the contract.
