تم تأسيسه استنادا الى القرار الإداري رقم (2003/5) الصادر من الهيئة العامه لسوق المال بتاريخ 26 أكتوبر 2003م وهو الصندوق الذي يتولى حفظ الأموال المستحقة للمساهمين والمستثمرين والتي لم يطالبوا بها خلال مدة أقصاها سبعة شهور من تاريخ الاستحقاق بإعتبارها أمانة والعمل على إعادتها لأصحابها مباشرة بعد استيفاء الوثائق والمستندات والإجراءات اللازمة.
ويقوم بتحديث بيانات المستثمرين اللذين تم التوصل اليهم لضمان استمرار استلامهم لارباحهم مستقبلا.

Established based on administrative decision (2003/5) issued by the capital market authority on 26 October 2003, the Fund is keeping money owed to shareholders and investors and not claim them within a maximum period of seven months from the due date as the Secretariat and work to return them to their owners immediately after updating documents and procedures.And Investor data update which have been reached to ensure receipt of future profits.
