مع عدم الاخلال بما تنص عليه اتفاقيات الامتياز و غيرها من الاتفاقيات من شروط و قواعد خاصة بالتدريب و التأهيل، على كل صاحب عمل يشغل خمسين عاملا فأكثر أن يؤهل او يدرب على اعماله من عماله السعوديين ما لا يقل عن (12%) من مجموع عماله سنويا

Without prejudice to what stipulated in the concession agreements and other conventions in terms of training and qualification, to every employer operating 50 factor that qualifies or trains on its employment of Saudis at least (12%) Of the total annual employment

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 2:

Without prejudice to stipulated in the concession and other agreements of the Terms and private training and qualification rules agreements, to every employer who employs fifty or more workers to qualify or train to its Saudi employees at least 12% of the total workers annually

Without prejudice to the concession agreements and other agreements of conditions and bases for training and rehabilitation, and on any employer who employs fifty workers. And over that qualifies or trains to its Saudi workers not less than 12% totalPer year
