1. يلتزم الطرف الأول بتسليم الموقع "العين المؤجرة" المتفق عليه للطرف الثاني اعتباراً من تاريخ تجهيزها بموجب محضر استلام وتسليم يوقع عليه الطرفان

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:

1. the first party is committed to deliver site leased eye agreed to second party as from the date it is processed by pickup and delivery record signed by both parties

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 2:

1. The first party is obligated to hand over the site "leased" agreed the second party from the date of processing under the minutes of receipt and delivery shall be signed by the parties

1. First party shall deliver the leased site "agreed to the second party as of the date of processing by receiving and delivery record signed by the parties.
