و من حق العامل التظلم امام الهيئة ا

و من حق العامل التظلم امام الهيئة العليا لتسوية الخلافات و إن ثبت ان ما خصم منه دون وجه حق، يقوم صاحب العمل باعادة ما خصمه من العامل خلال سبعة ايام من صدور الحكم على ان يكون التظلم خلال خمسة عشر يوم عمل
