يجري اثباتها في السجلات المالية استناداً الى الاشعارات الواردة من المصرف والذي يثبت نقدية الحساب . وتتولى شعبة الحسابات الختامية التابعة الى القسم المالي اجراء قيود الاثبات وكما يلي :-
