هذا العقد يشكل الاتفاق الكامل والنهائي بين الطرفين فيما يتعلق بتنظيم العلاقة فيما بينهما ويشمل ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر أحكام وشروط الإيجار والمواصفات والتجهيزات الخاصة بالعين المؤجرة وفقاً لما هو موضح في بنود هذا العقد ولا يمكن تغييره أو تعديله إلا كتابياً وبموافقة الطرفين مجتمعين كما أنه يلغي أي عقود أو اتفاقيات أو وعود سابقة عليه.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:

This contract constitutes the entire and final agreement between the parties with respect to the relationship between them, including, but not limited to the terms and conditions of rent and specifications and equipment leased eye as shown on this contract and cannot be changed or amended only in writing and with the approval of the parties collectively as it eliminates any contracts or agreements or previous promises.
