ولا يجوز طلب تدوير الاعتمادات المال

ولا يجوز طلب تدوير الاعتمادات المالية لأكثر من سنة مالية واحدة فيما عدا مصروفات المشاريع، كما لا يجوز استغلال مبالغ الاعتمادات التي يتم الموافقة على تدويرها في غير أوجه الصرف التي تم بموجبها الموافقة على التدوير.

وفي جميع الأحوال لا يعد قرار التدوير وأوجه صرفه نهائياً إلا بعد موافقة وزارة المالية، وبالمستوى وبطريقة المعالجة المحددين من قبلها.
