With reference to your discussion with Mr. Hazem Al Essa, you are hereby formally requested to kindly arrange to update Municipality records to reflect split of the 7th floor Ahmad tower as a result of partial exit of Citibank offices on 7th floor and associated change in the rental arrangement. After completion of municipality records update, please include any costs associated with this activity in our regular rent payment invoice. Mr. Khalid Mustafa and Mr. Vincent D’souza will represent Citi for any queries you may have as well as they will provide any documentation required to complete the update of municipality records including but not limited to approval received from KFSD and premises layout drawings.
