يتم ادراج المساهمة العينية كإيرادات عند تقديمها بشكل فعلي الى الجمعية و توفر المستندات الدالة على تقديمها ( كمحاضر الاستلام ، الادخالات المخزنيه ) وعند استلام التبرعات العينية تعد الجمعية محضر استلام يتضمن كافة التفاصيل والمعلومات اللازمة ( الجهة المتبرعة ، اسم المادة او الصنف ، وحدة القياس / الكمية ، حالة الصنف ، تاريخ الاستلام ، اسم المستلم و توقيعه ) .
