بدأت شركة نيولورد نشاطها في عام 1995 في استيراد اجهزة الاستقبال الرقمي (الريسيفر) ومنذ البداية قررت الشركة ان يكون لها اسم وماركة مستقلة تنافس بها في هذا المجال من حيث الكفاءة والجودة والخدمة المميزة وذلك سعيا لارضاء العملاء وكسب ثقتهم.
وبناء على ذلك، بدأت الشركة في استيراد ماركة فورتك (FORTEC) و فورتك ستار (FORTEC STAR) وماركة FTO
وتعددت الموديلات والمواصفات بين الاجهزة حتى تلبي احتياجات اكبر عدد من العملاء.
وحرصا من الشركة على كسب ثقة العميل وتقديم افضل خدمة ممكنه تعاملت مع اكثر من موزع معتمد لها في معظم محافظات الجمهورية حتى تلبي اكبر قدر ممكن من طلبات العملاء واصبح لها موزعين معتمدين في القاهرة، الاسكندرية، المنصورة، دمياط وقنا. كما تقوم الشركة بإرسال سياراتها لباقي انحاء الجمهورية.
هذا بالاضافة لتوافر مركز خدمة وصيانه مجهز ومعد لخدمة العملاء وكذلك توفير الدعم الفني سواء عبر هاتف خدمة العملاء او عبر موقعنا الالكتروني وكذلك عبر معظم المواقع الخاصة باجهزة الريسيفر.
