‏10 الفصل] 7]‏يسوغ لكل جمعية معترف لها بصفة المنفعة العامة أن تمتلك ضمن الحدود المبينة في مرسوم الاعتراف بصفة المنفعة العامة الأموال والمنقولات أو العقارات اللازمة لهدفها وللمشروع الذي ترمي إلى بلوغه.‏
