اقتراح الاجراءات والقواعد اللازمة، لتنفيذ المدونة الدولية لأمن السفن والمرافق المينائية، وتقديم الاستشارات الخاصة بتنفيذها.
متابعه أداء هيئات التصنيف المعتمدة بالدوله وفق المعايير الموضوعه

Ensure the availability of shipboard conditions according to regulations organizing it in coordination with the competent authority.
Propose the necessary procedures and rules for the implementation of the International Code for the Security of Ships and port facilities, and to provide special consulting implementation.
Monitor the performance of approved classification bodies state according to established standards
