تقوم الإدارة الطالبة بإعداد مذكره شراء أصل ثابت ويتم اعتماد المذكرة من مدير الادارة الطالبة ومن ثم رفعه إلى إدارة المشتريات.يقوم منسق المشتريات بإعداد طلب شراء أصل ثابت طبقا للموازنة التقديرية للشركة في الشراء.في حالة وجود مورد (من قائمة الموردين المعتمدين) يقوم منسق المشتريات بالحصول على الاعتمادات المطلوبة (حسب مصفوفة الصلاحيات) وإدارة المشتريات وإتمام عملية الشراء ويفضل دائماً الحصول على أكثر من عرض سعر وليس الاعتماد فقط على الموردين المعتمدين.في حالة عدم وجود مورد (ضمن القائمة) يقوم منسق المشتريات بالحصول على عروض أسعار من أكثر من مورد (3 موردين على الأقل ).
