لكل عضو من اعضاء المجلس اقتراح مايراه على جدول الاعمال, ويقدم ذلك مكتوبا الى الرئيس قبل موعد الاجتماع بما لايقل عن ثلاثين يوما

Each Member of the Council proposal agrees on the agenda, and submit it in writing to the President before the meeting date at least 30 days.

Each member of the council deems a proposal on the agenda, and submit it in writing to the President before the meeting date, including at least thirty days

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 3:

For each member of the Council deems the proposal on the agenda, submit in writing to the president at least thirty days before the date of the meeting.
