المطلب الثالث: أهداف البنك الإسلامي ووسائله
أهداف البنك الإسلامي :
تقول الأستاذة ثروت وولس شادن المتخصصة في منظمة التعاون الاقتصادي والتنمية: «إن البنوك الإسلامية تعتبر من البنوك القليلة والأصيلة التي نشأت في الجنوب، ونعتقد أن هذا النظام قد يلعب دورا فعالا في التنمية وانعكاس الاقتصاد خصوصا خلال فترات الأزمة لأن هدفها يتجه نحو الاستثمار المنتجة...» ( ).
إن هدف البنك الإسلامي كما قال د.عبد الحميد حمود البعلي يتمثل في: «تحريك الطاقات الكامنة في المجتمع للوصول بها إلى أقصى إنتاجية ممكنة، بما يكفل التغير المنشود في الشرع، ولا شك أن تحريك الطاقات الكامنة في المجتمع أيا كان نوع هذه الطاقات أي سواء كانت بشرية أو مادية أو غيرها، فإنه نوع من التغيير في المجتمع الذي تنشده البنوك الإسلامية كهدف من أهداف الشرع الإسلامي» ( ).
1- الهدف التنموي:
تساهم البنوك الإسلامية بفعالية في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية حيث تتماشى معاملاتها المصرفية مع الضوابط الشرعية من خلال نمط تنموي متميز يحقق التقدم والعدالة والاستمرار من خلال:
