يقر العميل بأن كافة المعلومات و الابحاث و الاراء و النصائح التي حصل عليها من المصرف أو قد يحصل عليها في المستقبل في اطار تنفيذ الاتفاقية الحاضرة، تنجم عن مصادر يعتبرها المصرف عادة وثيقة و لكن لا يضمن صحتها او دقتها بأي شكل من الاشكال و لا يكون مسؤولا عنها او عن نتائج القرارات التي يتخذها العميل على اساسها
