2. اتفق الطرفان على ان تكون الفترة من تاريخ توقيع هذا العقد ولمدة ستة أشهر من تاريخ توفير الكهرباء للموقع هي فترة سماح ليتمكن الطرف الثاني من تجهيز الرسومات الهندسية والتصاريح والتراخيص اللازمة للعين المؤجرة محل العقد، ولا يحق للطرف الأول مطالبة الطرف الثاني بأي قيمة ايجارية عن هذه الفترة.
