1.2. اتفقا الطرفان و هما بكامل أهليتهما الشرعية و النظامية على أن يتم تجديد التعاقد بنفس بنود العقد السابق بتاريخ مباشرة 02/11/2014 م و بنفس البنود الملزمة للطرفان بموجب هذا التجديد فيما عدا البند الثالث الخاص بفترة التجربة فلا يعمل به طبقا لقانون العمل السعودي.
