كيف توفي ابن سينا ؟ توفي ابن سينا في مدينة همدان في عام ألف وسبعة وثلاثون ميلادياً ( 1037 م ) وذلك إثر إصابته بمرض خطير أصابه وهو لم يتجاوز الخمسين من عمره , ونتيجة هذا المرض الذي لا شفاء منه قام ابن سينا بالتصدّق بكافة أمواله وأعتق غلمانه وتاب إلى الله توبة نصوح . وكان لابن سينا العديد من الأعداء لأنه قاد ثورة علمية وهو في الثلاثين من عمره , وكانوا يتهموه بالكفر والإلحاد والزندقة, ولكنه كان يرد عليهم ( بأن إيمانه بالله لا يتزعزع ) وكان لديه العديد من الحاقدين والحاسدين الذين أوقعوا بينه وبين الحكّام فتمّ سجنه وتعذيبه , وقد تمكّن بعد ذلك من الهرب إلى أحد أصدقائه في مدينة همدان , ثم أصابه المرض وتوفي بعد ذلك من هذا المرض العضال …
