توافقون على اتباع سياسة الشركة الصارمة التي تنص على عدم إفشاء الموظفين، أكان مباشرةً أو غير مباشرة، أية معلومات بما فيه أي من شروط هذه الاتفاقية، مخصصات أي شخص بما فيه الموظفين الآخرين في الشركة.
