تتولى اللجنة عملية القيام بتجميع كافة المقترحات الخاصة بالأقسام والفروع فيما يخص مصاريفها التشغيلية ( رواتب واجور – سلعية وخدمية – نفقات استثمارية ) بالإضافة الى المشروعات والأنشطة والبرامج الخاصة بالخطة الاستثمارية ومن ثم يتم عرضها على رئيس مجلس الإدارة لغرض الاطلاع على نتائج اعداد الموازنة لغرض مناقشتها من ناحية سياسة العامة والاحتياجات الفعلية والاهمية النسبية .

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:
