أما عمارة يعقوبيان فهو اسم حقيقي لعمارة موجودة بالفعل بناها المليونير جاكوب يعقوبيان عميد الجالية الأرمنية عام 1934 بشارع طلعت حرب بوسط القاهرة ، اي انه مبني يشهد علي تاريخ مصر وعلي ما مر بها من انجازات ونكبات.
