تعتبر الرافعة المالية ظاهرة هامة جداً بسبب تأثيرها الكبير على اداء الشركات وتم قياس هذا الاداء من خلال مؤشر العائد على الاستثمار ، حيث تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تحليل هذه العلاقة من خلال تطبيق الدراسة على شركات مساهمة عامة بفلسطين حيث تم اخذ عينة مكونة من 5 شركات عاملة في القطاع الفلسطيني ,حيث اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي في تحليل القوائم المالية وايضا على المنهج الكمي وتحليل المعلومات من خلال تطبيق ال اس بي اس اس , اوصت الدراسة الى زيادة الاعتماد على التمويل بحقوق الملكية وتخفيض التمويل بالقروض قدر الامكان مع مراعاة درجة الخطر
