وفي حال وجود اختلافات في ارصدة قوائم الجرد والرصيد الدفتري يتم الإفصاح عن ذلك وبموجب مذكرة تقدم من قبل الموظف المختص / محاسب المشروع و ترفع الى الأمين العام / مدير المشروع لغرض تسوية هذه الفروقات وفقاً للضوابط
