6. يجب على الوكالة أن تضمن أن باستطاعة الفرد المعني أو فرد آخر ينوب عنه الحصول على معومات عن:
أ‌) ما إذا كان لدى الوكالة أية سجلات تتعلق بالفرد،
ب‌) ومضمون هذه السجلات،
ت‌) والإغراض الرئيسية التي تُستخدم تلك السجلات لأجلها،
ث‌) والطريقة التي يمكن للفرد أن يطلع على تلك السجلات.
