مجموعة الإجراءات التي تتخذها الجمعية لتنفيذ أعمال المشتريات بطريقة تنافسية بهدف الوصول إلى أفضل العطاءات وذلك استناداً إلى معايير ودرجات التقييم المحددة للمناقصة وبما يتفق وأحكام هذه اللائحة.

The set of actions taken by the Assembly to carry out procurement competitively in order to reach the best tender on the basis of specific criteria and ratings to tender and in accordance with the provisions of this regulation.

Set of actions taken by the Assembly of the implementation of procurement in a competitive manner in order to reach the best tenders on the basis of criteria and ratings specific to tender and in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 3:

A set of actions taken by the assembly for a competitive procurement to the best bids based on the evaluation grades and standards set for the auction and in accordance with the provisions of these regulations.
