أردت ان انقل لك هذه البيانات فى الوقت الحالى لكى تكون جاهز بها على المنتجات "المواصفات القياسية المطلوبة "

- بطاقة البيانات للمنتجات الكيميائية
1- التعاريف :
1.1 البطاقة
تشمل كل بيان او ايضاح او علامة او صورة او مادة مكتوبة او مطبوعة ، مختومة أو محفورة على المنتج او عبوته او تكون متصلة به .

1.2 المنتجات الكيميائية
تعنى جميع المنتجات الكيميائية المعبأة او التى لا تحتاج الى تعبئة وتغليف .

1.3 بيانات ايضاحية
تشمل البطاقة أى مادة مكتوبة او مطبوعة او مرسومة او مختومة تصاحب المنتج ولها علاقة به .

2 . الاشتراطات العامة

2.1 لا يجوز ان يوصف المنتج او ان يعرض ببطاقة او بيانات ايضاحية غير حقيقية او خادعة او مضللة بأى شكل من الاشكال الى انطباع خاطئ عن طبيعته وخصائصه او قد تؤدى بأى شكل من الاشكال الى انطباع خاطئ عن طبيعته وخصائصه او قد يوصف بطريقة مباشرة او غير مباشرة بأنه منتج اخر .

2.2 يجب ان تكون البيانات الخاصة ببطاقة المنتج الكيميائى ظاهرة وواضحة يسهل على المستهلك قرائتها فى الظروف العادية للشراء والاستعمال ولا يجوز اخفاء هذه البيانات بأى شئ اخر مرسوم او مكتوب او مطبوع غير قابل للأزالة كما يلزم ان تكون بلون يختلف عن لون خلفيتها وبحجم يمكن قرائته .
2.3 اذا كانت العبوة خارجية تحتوى على عبوات أصغر منها فيجب ان تحمل العبوة الداخلية ايضا بطاقة بيانات .

2.4 اذا كتبت البطاقة بأكثر من لغة فيجب تطابق المعلومات والبيانات بجميع اللغات .

2.5 يجب ان يرفق مع كل عبوة مواد كميائية خطرة نموذج يتضمن معلومات حول سلامة التعامل مع هذه المادة .

3- اليبانات الايضاحية الواجب توافرها على البطاقة
3.1 تكون اللغة العربية هى اللغة الاساسية فى بطاقة المنتجات المصنعة بالاضافة الى اى لغة اجنبية اخرى .
3.2 يدون على كل منتج البيانات التالية
3.2.1 اسم المنتج
يكون الاسم محدد للطبيعة الحقيقية للمنتج وأن يكون الاسم خاصا لا عاما يدون الاسم العلمى ورمزه الكيميائى او اى صيغة تبين نوعية المادة اذا كان هناك اسم او اسماء للمنتجات تم النص عليها فى احدى المواصفات القياسية المصرية فيجب استعمال واحد منها على الاقل وفى غير تلك الاحوال يستعمل الاسم الشائع او المعتاد ان وجد . اذا لم يوجد اسم تجارى للمنتج فيمكن استعمال اسم مبتكر بحيث لا يكون مضللا على ان يكون مصحوبا بأصطلاح وصفى مناسب .

3.2.2 الاصناف
اذا صنفت المنتجات الكيميائية الى درجات يجب ان يكون هذا التصنيف ظاهر وغير مضلل بأى حال من الاحوال .
3.2.3 المقاييس
يجب ذكر العدد والمقاييس او احداهما مثل الوزن الصافى بالكيلوجرام او الحجم باللتر او السعة حسب وحدات القياس الدولية .
3.2.4 المكونات
يجب ان تحمل بطاقة البيانات المكونات الاساسية للمنتجات الكميائية بطريقة واضحة وغير مضللة .
3.2.4.1
يجب ان تذكر درجة نقاوة المنتج للمواد التى تتطلب طبيعتها ذلك ودرجة التركيز وطريقة الاستخدام والارشادات .
3.2.5 الاسم والعنوان
يجب ذكر عنوان الصانع او المعبأ .
3.5.6 بلد المنشأ
يجب ذكر بلد المنشأ بطريقة واضحة وغير سهلة الازالة اذا تعرض المنتج الكيميائى لتجهيزه فى بلد اخر يغير من طبيعته فيعتبر البلد الذى تم فيه هذا التجهييز هو بلد المنشأ ولا يجوز ذكر اكثر من بلد منشأ واحد على البطاقة .
3.2.7
يجب ان تحمل البطاقة عبارات الخطورة والعلامات التحذيرية ( علامات الخطورة ) التى قد تنتج عن نقل او تداول او استعمال هذه المنتجات مثل الاشتعال او التسمم او الكسر او التلف .
3.2.8
يجب ذكر اى اشتراطات لها علاقة بالسلامة العامة والبيئة ومنها طريقة التخلص من العبوة الفارغة .
3.2.9
يجب ذكر الاجراءات التحذيرية الواجب اتباعها عند مناولة او استخدام او التعرض للمواد الكيميائية الخطيرة .
3.2.10
يجب ذكر شروط وطريقة التخزين الملائمة .
3.2.11
يجب ذكر اجراءات الاسعاف الاولى والامن الصناعى الواجب اتباعها فى حالة التعرض للمنتج الكيميائى الخطر .
3.2.12
تاريخ الانتاج والانتهاء .
3.2.13
العبوات والفائف والبطاقات المطبوعة والتى تستورد من الخارج لأغراض تعبئة والتغليف ويجب ان تكون مستوفية لجميع الاشتراطات الواردة فى البند (4) من هذه المواصفات .
3.2.14
المنتجات المصنعة بموجب امتياز من شركة اجنبية يجب ان يدون عليها جميع الاشتراطات الواردة فى البند (4) من هذه المواصفة وان يكون اسم الشركة الصانعة بلد المنشأ مدون بحروف مماثلة لأسم وعنوان الشركة التى تم الحصول على امتياز منها .
3.2.15
يجب ذكر رقم المواصفة التى تم تصنيع المنتج طبقا لها
