يسمي بالتركية قصر توبكابي Topkapı Palace وبالعربية يسمي الباب العالي وهو واحد من ابرز معالم اسطنبول ويعرف بانة كان مركزا للحكم العثماني لحوالي 400 سنة وتحديدا من عام 1465 الي 1853م اما حاليا فتم تحويل القصر إلى متحف وهو مثال رائع على العمارة العثمانية وتوجد به مجموعة كبيرة من الخزف والأثواب والأسلحة وصور السلاطين العثمانيين والمخطوطات والمجوهرات والكنوز العثمانية بالإضافة إلى عروش السلاطين.
