وتطال العقوبات مشغلي الأطفال الذين يعرضون حياتهم للخطر سواء بتشغيل الأطفال ممن لم يتم الخامسة عشرة من عمره دون مراعاة أحكام المادة (167) من نظام العمل وذلك بغرامة تصل لـ 20.000 تتعدد بتعدد الأطفال، أو تشغيل الأحداث في الأعمال الخطرة أو الصناعات الضارة تقدر بـ 10.000 تتعدد بتعدد العمال أو تشغيلهم أثناء فترة الليل المحظورة طبقاً للمادة (163) من نظام العمل أو أكثر من الساعات اليومية المحددة في المادة (164) أو خلال أيام الراحة الأسبوعية أو العطلات الرسمية، إلى جانب مخالفة عدم استيفاء شروط تشغيل الأحداث المنصوص عليها في المادة (165) وذلك بغرامة 10.000 عن كل مخالفة تتعدد بتعدد العمال و5000 ريال عند عدم إبلاغ مكتب العمل عن كل حدث تم تشغيله خلال الأسبوع الأول من التشغيل.
