ينتهي العقد بإنتهاء المشروع المتعاق

ينتهي العقد بإنتهاء المشروع المتعاقد مع الطرف الثاني لصالحه أو بعد سنتين ميلاديتين إيهما ينتهي أولاً ،وتبدأ حساب المده من تاريخ وصول الطرف الثانى الى اراضى المملكة,ويتجدد العقد لمدة مماثلة بنفس البنود والشروط ما لم يخطر أحد الطرفين الآخر خطياً قبل الانتهاء بمدة لا تقل عن تسعين يوماً بعدم رغبته في التجديد.
تعتبر فترة التسعين (90) يوما الأولى من بداية هذا العقد فترة تجربة يجوز للطرف الأول خلالها فسخ العقد دون إشعار أو تعويض ويجوز أن تمدد المده إلى 90 يوماً أخرى بإتفاق الطرفين .
