يذكر أن المؤسسة قد وقعت مذكرة تفاهم للتعاون المشترك في مجال التدريب في وقت سابق مع وزارة التربية والتعليم والثقافة في فنلندا عام 2012م، كما قامت المؤسسة بابتعاث عدد من مدربيها للجامعات التطبيقية الفنلندية لتطوير مهاراتهم في برامج للتوجيه المهني والتدريب الاحترافي، ومنهجية التدريب التقني المتميز.

The Organization had signed a memorandum of understanding for joint cooperation in training earlier with the Ministry of education and culture in Finland in 2012, as the Organization sending several trainers for Finnish universities applied for the development of skills in vocational guidance programmes and professional training, technical training methodology.
