كما نعتبر أن المدرسة وسيلة فعالة لتحقيق هذا النوع من التربية، من خلال تفعيلها لبيداغوجيات مناسبة، وتوظيفها لاستراتيجيات حديثة فعالة لترسيخ قيم حقوق الإنسان التي لا تتعارض مع أحكام الدين الإسلامي. هذا إلى جانب تفعيل دور المدرس، الذي يعد العنصر الأساس في مجال التربية على قيم حقوق الإنسان.
