الا انه بتاريخ لاحق على تاريخ تقديم الإستقالة , إختارت الشركة طريق الإجراءات الجزائية والإيقاف عن العمل إستنادا الى نص المادة 32 عمل , وطبقت على العامل أحكام المادة المنوه عنها في شأن الراتب المستحق خلال فترة الإيقاف وفي التقدير أنه لايجوز اللجوء مرة أخري لخيار قبول الإستقالة-
