This paragraph summarizes all the technical information necessary to take knowledge of the process and utilities units installed on NA/Q PIII gas platform of the Abu Qir Field gas.

The platform NA/Q PIII was constructed with the aim to increase exploitation capacity of Abu Qir field. The platform has been designed to accommodate 6 (six) wells (12 strings) and receive the well heads production of NA/Q PII. The platform has been designed in order to accommodate 12 (twelve) strings as follows:
- well “NA/Q PIII-1,3,4,5,6”: double completion (pre-drilled), both strings dedicated to gas production;
- well “NA/Q PIII-2”: double completion (pre-drilled), one string dedicated to gas and one to oil production.

They are unmanned type. The platform is designed to operate a maximum of 12 stings at time.

NA/Q PIII platform is a minimum facilities type and it is connected to the existing platform NA/Q PII and A/Q PI in order to receive and to send the well heads production respectively. For this reason a 16” sea line – 2,8 km long imports production from NA/Q PII field.
