4. يلتزم الطرف الأول فور التوقيع على هذا العقد بتزويد الطرف الثاني بكافة الأوراق والمستندات المطلوبة من اجل استصدار التراخيص والتصاريح اللازمة من الجهات الحكومية المختصة سواء الخاصة بالبلدية، شركة الكهرباء، أو بالمياه والصرف الصحي، أو بمصيدة الزيوت، أو باللوحات الدعائية والاعلانية، أو بالمدخنة، أو بالدفاع المدني، وكافة ما يلزم لتمكين الطرف الثاني من الانتفاع بالعين المؤجرة محل العقد وممارسة نشاطه التجاري بشكل مستمر بما يحقق مصلحته طيلة مدة العقد، وفي حالة إخلال الطرف الاول بما ورد في هذه الفقرة فانه يتحمل كافة الاضرار والخسائر المترتبة على هذا الاخلال لصالح الطرف الثاني.
