لما وضع قانون الشركات؛ أُلغي الفصل المتعلق بالشركات من نظام المحكمة التجارية، وأُحل محله نظام الشركات المعمول به حالياً، والذي أُخذ أخذاً مباشراً من القانون المدني المصري

To develop corporate law repealed the chapter on businesses of commercial court system, and replace the current corporate system, which is taking directly from Egyptian civil law
