يُقَرر الحَل طِبق الشروط المنصوص عليها في الفصل 7 من هذا القانون في حالة مخالفة مقتضيات الفصول3 ‏و5 و17 أعلاه.‏ غير أن الوقف أو الحل لا يمكن أن يُقرر خلال فترة الانتخابات إلا بموجب مرسوم يُتخذ في مجلس وزاري.‏

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:

The solution decides to apply the conditions set forth in Chapter 7 of this law in the case of violation of the requirements of Chapters 3
, 5 and 17 above. However , the cessation or solution can not decide during the election period except by virtue of a decree issued by the Council of the ministerial.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 2:

The law decides to apply the conditions set out in Chapter 7 of this Act in case of violation of the requirements of Chapter 3
And 5 and 17 above. However, a moratorium or solution can only be decided during the election period by decree in a ministerial council.

The application conditions stipulated in Chapter 7 of this law violate the requirements of Chapter 3
In V and 17 above, however, the suspension or settlement cannot be decided during the election period, only under the decree of the Ministerial Council.
