تتحدد فترة سريان ضمان الأداء بمدة تبدأ من وقت إصداره وحتى انتهاء إجراءات الفحص والاستلام الابتدائي الخالي من التحفظات ، مع حق الجمعية في تمديد صلاحية الضمان عند الاقتضاء وإشعار مقدم الضمان بذلك دون أن يكون له حق الاعتراض.
