ثقافة الفساد تستشري وبمساعدة من قبل المتغطرسين
من يقف وراء ذلك الفساد المستشري والتلاعب بالمساعدات الإنسانية المخصصة لأنقاذ حياة المتضررين من جراء الصراع المسلح الجاري في اليمن...


لماذا يرفض المسؤولين في المنظمات الدولية العاملة في اليمن التجاوب مع مداخلاتنا وملاحظاتنا التحذيرية لهم لما يحدث دائما ؟
لماذا يحولوا الأمر تشهير ومهاجمة ويرفضون الانتقاد البناء
فقد حدث أكثر من مرة أن نبهنا إلى مخالفات وتقاعس من بعض العاملين المحليين ولكننا فوجئنا برسائل من تلك المنظمات بأن هذا الشيء مرفوض وأنه علينا الصمت بدلا عن ذلك.... وبالفعل كان أن تم حضر أي مشاركة لنا بعدها على صفحاتهم في الوسائل الاجتماعية
غير مأسوف عليهم ليكون ...
و الحمدلله أننا تمكنا من زيارة أكثر من موقع وقمنا بعملنا الإنساني كما يجب وكما عودنا الجميع.
نتحفظ عن ذكر أيا من الأسماء لحساسية الموقف ولكون المنظمات الإنسانية الأساس لا تقبل بما يحدث من مخالفات وقد يكون هناك أمور أخرى تلعب دورا في ذلك.
ولكن السؤال هو إلى متى يبقى هذا الأمر؟
نعم هذا ما يحدث والسبب هو الروتين العقيم ليس فقط في بلادنا و أنما في أكثر دول العالم .
ومن ذلك أيضا بعض المنظمات الدولية التي لا يقبل العاملين فيها أن يتعايش مع العصر وأن يعملوا على التداخل و استيعاب الواقع مع أن هذا مفرغ منه وتجده مثل هذا الدعوة في بعض من أساسيات ومبادئ المنظمات الإنسانية.
لا أستغرب مثل هذا فقد وجدت وشاهدت بأم عيني خلال الزيارة الأخيرة لأكثر من مكان في المحافظات اليمنية,
نعم تتواجد الكثير من المساعدات الإنسانية في الأسواق التجارية في الوقت الذي نجد أن المحتاجين لها ومن أرسلت لمساعدتهم لم تصل إليهم.


منذ أيام وصلني اتصال من أحد الناشطين وبكل حرقة وألم يستغيث ويطلب أن يتم التنسيق له مع أحد الجهات وبالفعل تم.
الأمر الأخر تم التنسيق والترتيب لزيارة كان المفترض أن يقوم بها أحد مسئولي المنظمات الدولية الإنسانية العاملة في اليمن , الزيارة قررت إلى أحد المحافظات المنكوبة ولكننا لم نتوقع أن يتم ألغاء ذلك بعد أن تم الترتيب كما يجب.

ما يقلق في الأمر برمته أن مسئولين في اليمن من المنظمات الدولية الإنسانية يستقبلك ويوهمك في بادئ الأمر أنه متفهم لذلك وأنه سوف يتخذ الإجراءات اللازمة .
بل وأنه سوف يقوم بتسهيل كل شيء.
المفاجأة لاحقا بان ذلك مجرد كلام وتهدئة فقط.
فمتى يستوعب المانحين أن هناك من يتلاعب من الداخل وأنه يجب تجديد الدماء وأن يتم بسرعة التحقيق و الاستغناء عن المتلاعبين و من يقوموا بتحويل العمل الإنساني إلى مجرد ارتزاق وحرمان للمحتاجين.

but the question is how long this keeps up?
Yes , this is what is happening and why is routine aseptic not only in our country, but rather in most countries of the world.
