التناقض الغير عقلاني في شهادة القائم بفحص عينة (NAAM Rice ) :
- يدعي الفاحص بأنه قام بفحص العينة وفقا للمواصفات القياسية الخليجية !! رغم انه اقر بانه قام بعمل فحص بالنظر !! واعد تقريره بناء على ذلك .
- رغم ان المواصفات الخليجية تستدعى توافر الكثير من الاشتراطات للحصول على دقة في النتائج فكيف تستطيع العين المجردة ان تكشف عن (المستعمرات الهوائية) و (انتروباكيتراياسي) و (ايشير يشيا كولاي) و (باسيليس سيريس) و كلوستردعم بيروفرنجس) مع نسبها وحدودها العليا والدنيا المحددة معيارا وعدد العينات المطلوبة الموضحة في المواصفات الخليجية المعتمدة !!
- اذا كان نطقها فقط لا يحتمله اللسان فكيف بالعين المجردة يمكن التحقق من نسبة وجودها وعدمها واذا عرض هذا الامر على الشخص العادي لن يستطيع تصديقه فما بالك بعدالة المحكمة الموقرة التي لا يمكن ان تبنى ادانتها الا على اليقين .
