فيما يخص حقوق وواجبات العامل وصاحب العمل وفيما يخص الامور الاخرى التي لم يرد ذكرها في هذا العقد يتم تطبيق احكام القانون الخاص بتصريح العمل للاجانب رقم 4817 وقانون العمل الساري واحكام القانون الاخرى المتعلقة بهذا الخصوص

With regard to the rights and duties of the worker and the employer, and with respect to other things that are not mentioned in the contract are applied the provisions of the work permit for foreigners No. 4817 and the applicable law and the work of other provisions of the law related to this particular law

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 3:

With regard to the rights and duties of the employee and the employer with respect to other things that are not mentioned in this contract shall apply the provisions of the law on foreigners work permit No. 4817 applicable labour law and other law provisions to this effect.
