الإمارات تلغي شرط الإقامة وتسمح لمواطني الخليج بتجارة التجزئة والجملة

أقر المجلس الوطني الاتحادي الإماراتي مشروع تعديل القانون الاتحادي بشأن السماح لمواطني مجلس التعاون بممارسة تجارتي التجزئة والجملة بالدولة، والذي يهدف إلى بناء اقتصاد موحد بين دول مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية.

وأكد المجلس خلال الجلسة السابعة التي عقدت أمس في ابو ظبي برئاسة محمد المر رئيس المجلس الوطني الاتحادي إزالة أية تناقضات قد توجد بين التشريعات الاتحادية وقرارات المجلس الأعلى لمجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية في هذا الشأن.

وأشار المجلس خلال جلسته إلى أن تعديلات مشروع القانون تضمنت إلغاء شرط الإقامة، الذي كان يشكل عائقا أمام ممارسة النشاط من قبل المواطنين الأفراد، وكذلك إلغاء النسبة التي يحق للدولة أن تشترطها في حالة ممارسة هذا النشاط من قبل شخص اعتباري، والسماح لمواطني دول مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية من الأشخاص الطبيعيين أو الاعتباريين بممارسة تجارتي التجزئة والجملة في الدولة.
