اشارة الى المذكرة الداخلية المؤرخة في 24 فبراير 2016م الصادرة من قسم الصناعة بشأن توفير المواصفات الواجب الالتزام بها لمشروع صناعة الحليب المجفف (البودر) والمكثف ، وتجهيز وبسترة وتعبئة الحليب واللبن الطازج .

الولا : نود الافادة بأنه يجب الالتزام بالمواصفات القياسية التالية :

- م.ق.خ رقم 21/1984 " الشروط الصحية في مصانع الاغذية والعاملين بها "

ثانيا: تقديم نماذج بطاقات بيانات ايضاحية لمنتجاتكم للموافقة عليها قبل طرحها بالاسواق للجهة المختصة بهذه الوزارة .
ثالثا : عدم تسويق المنتجات الا بعد اجراء الاختبارات اللازمة للتأكد من مطابقتها للمواصفات المذكورة
وفي حالة رغبتكم في الحصول على نسخ من هذه المواصفات مراجعة قسم المواصفات والمقاييس .
